What we collect when you write to us or visit this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask of us.
Last revised 20 October 2026
Who we are
This site belongs to Winslow & Fioramonti, the travel advisory run by Teri Fioramonti and Thomas Winslow in Abruzzo, Italy. For anything about your information, write to us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you send our Plan a Trip form or write to us: what you choose to tell us. That may include your name, email address, telephone number, where you live, who is traveling and when, and anything you add about the trip. The form also records the page of this site you came from.
When you visit: we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. This site sets no cookies, and its fonts are served from this site.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, and to plan and book your trip if you ask us to. Before you book, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before a contract. Once you book, we rely on the contract itself. If you tell us about health or access needs, such as a need for elevators, we use them only to plan around them, with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees it
Cloudflare, our website host, carries the form to our email, and Google, our email provider, stores it. Both are American companies, and your information may be processed in the United States. When you decide to book, the details each booking needs go to the travel agency that makes our bookings and to the hotels and other companies in your plan, each under its own privacy notice. We never sell your information, and we add no one to a mailing list unless they ask.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for two years from our last contact and then delete it, unless you book with us. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
What you can ask of us
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a form you can take elsewhere. You can also object to how we use it. Write to us at [email protected].
You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority where you live.
